Lucas got his start in video marketing, editing instructional videos, product reviews, and podcasts for a local business chain in Louisville, KY. He is well versed in product videos, vlogs, and even reel based content, preferring to add his own creative flare to every project he touches. He has experience in theatre where he likes to get up on stage and make a fool of himself whether he’s playing the ghost of Bing Crosby or even a one year old (he wishes the latter were a joke). He is also involved in the local film community in Louisville, KY, having recently found himself accidentally involved on the production of a Viking Production, Shield of the North, and even writing his own horror masterpiece, Dal Segno.

He first had the idea for Monteur Media in under-grad at Bellarmine University when he took an entrepreneur class. The major assignment throughout the course was create a hypothetical business. At the time, he called it “Monteur Films” (later changing it to “Media” to give room for growth) and didn’t see it going any further than its hypothetical status in the assignment. That was until giving his final business pitch to the class and the professor, nor his colleagues, could not find anything wrong with the pitch and instead encouraged him to do it for real.
